We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or delivered.

As each abaya is carefully prepared and inspected before delivery, customers are kindly requested to check the size, measurements, colour and design before confirming the order.

For custom-made or altered abayas, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made by Franklinia Boutique, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.
